We’re collaborating with the City of Springfield and other nonprofit developers to create more housing in our neighborhoods. This involves supporting affordable housing construction in partnership with local developers and nonprofit organizations and extending our efforts to foster comprehensive community growth. Additionally, we’re deeply involved in small business assistance, propelling economic development, and enhancing the well-being of our community through health and mental health support. 

Furthermore, we are exploring various properties for potential renovation or rebuilding, many of which are city-owned. This broad approach ensures that our initiatives are inclusive, addressing a spectrum of needs and creating a robust foundation for community development.

We’re preparing our team to respond promptly and professionally to new RFPs (Request for Proposals) as they become available, ensuring that we’re not only reactive but also proactive in our strategies.
