If you saw $1,000 laying on the street would you bend down and pick it up? Well some say you would be crazy not too. HOPE CDC is offering $1,000 worth of absolutely FREE technical assistance for your small business. Don’t just “walk by” this webpage and not pick it up!

We are committed to providing vital support to small businesses and nonprofit entities in eligible census tracts of Springfield, MA.

Our assistance program is designed to make a tangible impact, and we welcome applications from small businesses with up to 25 employees and nonprofit entities based in Springfield. To ensure the best outcomes, we require some essential information to assess your eligibility and evaluate the impact our assistance can have on your organization.

In this application, you’ll provide details about your small business or nonprofit, including proof of eligibility, such as trade name or nonprofit status documentation. You’ll also have the opportunity to outline your recent state or federal assistance history and, most importantly, share your organization’s unique challenges. We’re here to support you in overcoming them.
